her mastery the Feldenkrais Method®. Anat is one of the original students of Dr. Feldenkrais. Anat had 11
years of apprenticeship of studying with Moshe Feldenkrais, and has 30+ years experience as a private
practitioner. She has been professional trainer since 1986, having trained over 1000 practitioners.

The Anat Baniel Method(SM) has specialized mastery programs for her practitioners in the areas of infants
and children, high performers, and seniors.
